Leading up to the conversion, we will send you important information to make sure you know what changes to expect and how to use some of the new features that will soon be available to all our members.

24-hour Telephone Banking (Coming November 2016)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW—

Print Your Old Statements

Past statement copies stored in our Home Banking section will not be transferred to the new online banking system effective Sept. 30, 2016. However, all member statements will be mailed for August and September prior to the conversion to minimize the impact.

**IMPORTANT** The IRS requires seven (7) years of statement records. Be sure to save your statement copies prior to Sept. 30, 2016. Moving forward, we will have the ability to retrieve past statement copies if needed, but research fees may be assessed. We will keep a rolling 18 months of statement copies available for you to download on our new online banking system 'It’s Me 247'.

Account History Available Online After Conversion

Savings, CDs, IRAs, Tax Forms—two (2) years of history

Checking Accounts—six (6) months of history

Loans (Closed and Open)—seven (7) years of history

WHAT SYSTEM ARE WE CONVERTING?

We are upgrading our data-processing system (a.k.a. core processor) to better serve you. The data processor is the computer system we use to maintain member accounts and to process transactions. While upgrades and enhancements are installed regularly, NCCU has been using the same processing system for nearly five years. The new processing system will be capable of supporting strategies and growth for continued service enhancements well into our future. We are excited to say these improvements will allow us to focus more on you, our member, rather than transaction processing.
