About Us

Mission Statement

Since 1935, our mission at Northern Colorado Credit Union has been to provide members with friendly service and affordable financial products so they can reach their financial goals.

Our Story

Northern Colorado Credit Union, formerly College Credit Union, first opened its doors in Greeley on the campus of the University of Northern Colorado in 1935. A strong foundation and winning partnership with an educational institution allowed us to branch out and serve the needs of the faculty, staff, and students at University of Northern Colorado and Aims Community College.

More than 84 years later, we proudly provide membership to everyone living and working in Weld and Larimer County communities. We are conveniently located in SW Greeley at 2901 S. 27th Avenue, near Frontier Charter Academy. And in Berthoud at 909 Mountain Avenue just east of Hays Market. We are also part of the Credit Union Co-Op that offers over 53,000 free ATMs and 5,500 shared branching locations nationwide. At Northern Colorado Credit Union, we believe everyone has the right to live a financially successful life. That’s why we collaborate with our members to offer the best services and products available on the market. And that’s what being community-minded and member-focused is all about!

Northern Colorado Credit Union is open to all in Weld and Larimer Counties!
